The other side of my studio = chaos. Piles of wee works in-progress. I usually thrive in the mess but feeling very challenged and discouraged in my creative process lately .... but I keep moving forward.   I am very excited to have been juried into the annual Canadian Thanksgiving 'Images Studio Tour' ! LIKE the Images Facebook "Page' for updates on the tour and information on participating artists. This year's tour is Friday, October 7th to Monday, October 10th, 2016.
Studio table ... slowly progressing with wee works.  Piles of small works, in various stages of fermentation ..... Detail of a 24" x 24" abstract mixed media painting (from my long lingering bluesy series).  Wee art is taking over my work table. The beginnings of a new series of small format mixed media art (all will be under 8: x 8"). Fun!  |
